Before beginning counselling, it can feel helpful to know a little about the person you will be working with. I understand that finding the right counsellor is an important step, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can get to know each other and see if we are the right fit for each other.

How I Work

I work in an integrative way, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches so that therapy can be tailored to suit your individual needs and circumstances. Rather than using a single model, this approach allows me to adapt our work together in a way that best supports you.

Therapeutic approaches that inform my work include:

  • Person-Centred Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy

While these approaches inform my work, our sessions will always be guided by what feels most helpful and meaningful for you.

Who I Support

I have experience working with both young adults and adults who are navigating a range of challenges. Alongside this, I have also had experience working within an educational setting.

Training & Experience

My professional training includes:

  • CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (CSK-L2)

  • CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies (CST-L3)

  • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (TC-L4)

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and work in accordance with their professional code of ethics, ensuring that my practice maintains high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and client care.
