How much do sessions cost?
Face to face sessions are £50 an hour.
Online/Telephone sessions are £45 an hour.
Payment is either taken by BACS 24 hours before a session to secure booking or cash.
How long are session's?
Session's are 50 minutes.
How often should I have sessions?
Session's can be flexible to suit you, whether that is on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
I recommend starting out with weekly so a consistent relationship can be established but it is completely up to what works best for you.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, I offer a free 15 minute phone call to give you the opportunity to ask any questions and to see if we may be a good fit for each other.
How do I book a session?
